I love the kit cat clock which I just purchased. I did have a small problem after I installed it on the wall in my kitchen. I installed brand new batteries and after maybe not even 3 to 5 minutes the tail and the eyes stopped moving. The clock was still working telling the correct time. So I called the company to try and remedy the problem. I figured maybe it was defective . The person I talked to who was very nice and concerning told me what to do in so far as tipping the clock forwards but I started to think about it and I had my own way of fixing the problem. What I did was I removed the tail and put a piece of Velcro on the back of the tail. I first applied the sticky part and then I attached the other piece on top of it. By the way the Velcro strip was about 3 and half inches long. I put the tail back on the clock and the tail has been wagging ever since and the eyes move too. See what I think the clock needed was a little bit of wieght and that did the trick. Feel free to contact me anytime. My number is [****]. Robert Macauda
