The selection of hook-type tails for battery clocks are shown above. ONLY BATTERY CLOCKS MODEL B1 AND B2 use these tails. When selecting tails for battery clocks, note particularly how the tail attaches. If the lever has a rectangular slot at the bottom, this is the tail for your clock. If the lever has a protrusion at the bottom, then you will need a tail with a triangular hole (see separate part listing). The triangle hole was used for both electric and battery clocks.
Tails are listed for both the larger 15.5″ size clock. Use the model number of the clock for correct color selection. If you have a black clock that says “Kit-Cat” on its belly with model B2 on the back, measuring 15.5″ from top of head to bottom of tail, you will need tail “Black BC1”. If you have a black clock that says “Kitty-Cat” on its belly, measuring 12.75″ from top of head to bottom tail, then you need “Black Kitty-Cat KC1”.
Tails are no longer available with jewels as those type have all sold out. To create a jeweled tail, the crystals must be purchased separate, 2 doz., and the customer glue the stones themselves. We suggest using a water soluble glue such as Elmer’s white glue as it can be wiped off before dry with a damp cloth.

Within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund (we’ll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error) or exchange. The items must be in new condition with the tags still attached. Please click HERE

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery and are in an unsellable condition will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
When sending your return back to us, include a note detailing the product you would like to receive in place of the item you are returning. We will refund any outstanding monies (if the new item is cheaper than the exchanged item), and please send enough to cover any differences if the new item is more expensive.
