Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, the recipient has moved, delivery was refused, the package was unclaimed, or for any other reason not caused by California Clock, LLC or the shipping carrier, we may either:

• Reship the order (additional shipping charges will apply); or

• Issue a refund less the original outbound shipping charges and any return shipping, handling, or restocking fees charged to California Clock, LLC by our fulfillment provider.

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier to the address provided with the order but is subsequently reported as lost or stolen, California Clock, LLC is not responsible for the loss. Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure location or utilize carrier delivery instructions or hold-for-pickup services whenever available.

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier to the shipping address provided with the order.

International Orders

California Clock, LLC proudly ships to most countries around the world. International shipping options available for your destination will be displayed during checkout.

International customers are solely responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of their destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, tariffs, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other governmental charges imposed before or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond the control of California Clock, LLC or the shipping carrier. California Clock, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other government agencies.

If an international shipment is refused by the recipient, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, an incorrect or undeliverable address, failure to claim the package, or any other reason outside the control of California Clock, LLC, any refund will be reduced by the original outbound shipping charges together with any return shipping, handling, customs-related costs, and restocking fees incurred by California Clock, LLC. In some cases, international shipments cannot be returned by the carrier, and no refund may be available.
