WE HAVE NO MORE BLACK OR WHITE TAILS FOR ELECTRIC OR BATTERY CLOCKS.
Electric tails have a true “triangle” hole in the top of the tail. This tail will only fit levers on electric clocks.
Battery B1 tails have a “Witch’s Hat” hole in the top of the tail. This tail will fit levers on electric or Battery B1 clocks.
Because these assorted colors are difficult to match exactly to older electric or battery clocks, we can try to take color requests (use “Notes” box on bottom of checkout page) but it is not guaranteed these requests can be fulfilled.
If the tail color does not match your clock, you can paint it to match, with a paint suitable for plastics (found at many craft and hobby stores).
Tails are no longer available with jewels as those type have all sold out. To create a jeweled tail, the crystals must be purchased separately, and the customer glues the stones themselves. We suggest using a water soluble glue such as Elmer’s white glue as it can be wiped off before dry with a damp cloth.
**Please be aware that these tails are original stock and may have scratches on them. Our stock is dwindling and we do not have plans to manufacture more at this time.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday during regular business hours; please allow 24-72 hours as a working guide. They are shipped by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate.

Within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund (we’ll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error) or exchange. The items must be in new condition with the tags still attached. Please click HERE

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery and are in an unsellable condition will be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion.
Returns are generally not available for repair parts or accessory part orders
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
When sending your return back to us, include a note detailing the product you would like to receive in place of the item you are returning. We will refund any outstanding monies (if the new item is cheaper than the exchanged item), and please send enough to cover any differences if the new item is more expensive.
