Installation Tips (from Doctor Kit-Cat):
Ensure the clip is fully seated in the notch with no part sticking out, resembling a paper clip’s secure fit.
Clean eye pegs and clips with a lint-free cloth to remove dust buildup for optimal performance.
If animation issues persist, test the tail movement without the eyes engaged to isolate the problem (see Doctor Kit-Cat troubleshooting guide).

I received my eye clips in a timely manner. I did think it was weird that they were thrown loose in the padded envelope and not put in a smaller package first. I literally thought the package was empty. Lol
