Horrible customer service

Received a clock for Mother’s Day and the tail and eyes don’t move. The clock works fine. I watched all of the troubleshooting videos and did everything that was suggested and nothing helped. I have sent 4 emails and filled out their RMA form 3 times. I have also called and talked with someone 2 times and am getting nowhere. There is only 30 days to return this and we are getting close to that 30 day mark. Do not buy a clock, if it work, they don’t care.
