Returns and Refunds

Delivery:

Orders are processed Monday-Friday during regular business hours; please allow 24-72 hours as a working guide. They are shipped by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate.  Please register your clock for its warranty here.

Returns and Replacements:

We believe in the quality of our products and we will settle for nothing less than 100% customer satisfaction! Within 30 days of receipt of your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund (we’ll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error).  The items must be in new condition with the tags still attached. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery no longer qualify for a refund and any return in an unsellable condition may be charged a re-stocking fee at our discretion depending on the condition of the clock.  Any shipping related damage must also be reported to us with documentation within the first 30 days of receipt so that a proper claim can be filed with the shipping company and a replacement clock can be sent to you.  Each Kit-Cat Klock also comes with a 1 Year Warranty.  For all Warranty related claims we will ask you also to fill out the RMA Form as well to begin the process. The 1 Year Warranty qualifies you for a replacement clock anytime in that year for manufacturer defects but we will ask you to cover the shipping of the new clock and the cost of return shipping of the original clock.  Returns are generally not available for repair parts or accessory part orders. All returns for any reason will be asked to fill out the RMA Form to provide the Kit-Cat team all the necessary information.   We will notify you via e-mail with return instructions.  Out of the Vault collection clocks are sold "as is" because they are often one of a kind vintage clocks.  Loetscher Clocks are not typically available for returns either, and are governed by the Swiss Manufacturer's warranty.  

Refunds:

All requests for a refund must be within 30 days of purchase.  Please fill out the RMA Form to determine your qualification.  You will be emailed instructions.  After you return your clock, with an approved RMA form, you can expect a refund for the product purchase in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  Returns are generally not available for repair parts or accessory part orders.  We will notify you via e-mail ([email protected]) of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
